DELIVERY AND SHIPPING METHODS 

Same Day Local Delivery 
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation to the email provided during checkout.

Delivery will be made to one address only based on one postcode. If the postcode is changed during the checkout process, the delivery method may be subject to product availability of the new postcode.

If Same Day Delivery is not available, you will be contacted to arrange alternative methods

Delivery is to Residential or Business addresses only. 

Multiple delivery methods cannot be made on one order

If your order is placed after 3 pm or on a non-business day (weekend or public holiday), your delivery window will be the next business day.

Same Day Delivery can occur between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays).

Delivery Times may vary according to distance, on Friday evenings, and during holiday periods. Please ensure you order before 3pm to ensure your order arrives.

If your order is unable to be delivered safely that day, you will be contacted by phone to arrange an alternative time.

If you have provided an incorrect address, your order will be returned to the store and you will be contacted to arrange an alternative.

Authority to Leave: we will use their discretion however if they feel it's unsafe to leave your order unattended, your item will be Returned to the Store and you will be contacted to arrange an alternative. 

The availability of this service may be impacted by unforeseen or unavoidable external events (such as severe weather conditions) beyond the control of CLSS. In this event, you will be contacted via phone to arrange an alternative.

Any returns back to the store of product are at customer expense
