Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving product for all full price items which a store credit will be issued minus postage cost. We do not offer refunds unless a item is faulty which we will need proof of fault.

We do not offer returns on sale items or swimwear.

Item must be in original condition, unworn and have tags attached.

We suggest trying on garments as soon as they are received to ensure it meets time frame requirements. 

Please contact coastallifesurf@bigpond.com if you do need to organise a item to be returned with your name, order number and the item you are wishing to return.

Please return via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Coastal Life Surf.

Return postage costs are at customers expense unless faulty which photo proof will need to be provided.
